We were picked up on time by our guide and taken to their city centre office where we were offered outer clothing and boot spikes. It was a little chaotic and my neurodiverse wife did struggle with how many people were crammed into the office and the noise. It takes about 1.5 hours to reach the waterfalls with a stop half way for a toilet break and any food people need. We stopped for about 15 minutes which is plenty of time for the small group.
