“This levada walk is lovely, but please be aware there are 3 tunnels you have to walk through on the way to the waterfall and on the back (mind your head, they do get quite low) Guide was amazing and was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna and the levadas themselves. I would recommend sturdy walking shoes, a torch and a waterproof jacket. We took a packed lunch and this was eaten by the waterfall which was lovely.”
