“Overall it was good: the guides for the waterfall and volcanos were exceptional, our driver speaks English. The accomodations were great, with good rooms, wifi and hot shower. The drop-off at the harbour to go to Bali is convenient and the ferry ticket is included. However the lack (or last minute) communication regarding the pick-up time in Surabaya, the program of the day, the arrival time at the hotel after each excursion was really annoying. On the last day the driver took a decision that provoked us a delay, we arrived late at Ijen volcano, all the other groups had already started the trek and it forced us to rush…”
