Both accomodations at local villages were very authentic but still clean and with some degree of comfort. “Many hours of driving compared to the duration of the activities. Angel's Eye Mountain: very pretty but a maximum hike of 15 minutes. Beautiful view from the top of the pagoda, again very short duration. Ban Gioc Falls is very pretty, but loses its charm because it is invaded by street vendors and hordes of tourists. Ngum Nao Cave is magnificent, but you have to pay extra (300,000 VND) to access the most beautiful section of the cave.”
